TNA Impact ratings (Mar. 2, 2017): Numbers stable prior to heading into a new era

It’s really about the numbers in the upcoming weeks.

The viewership totals and ratings are in for last night’s line up(Mar. 2) and TNA Impact’s numbers were relatively unchanged. The viewership total was up slightly at 293K from 275K. The rating number was unchanged at 0.07.

This week’s main event of MMA athletes Josh Barnett and Bobby Lashley fighting for the TNA title did not move the needle much. Much of the news surrounding TNA was not this title match, which was announced two weeks ago, but the episode for next week that was being filmed at the same time. Plus multiple talent departures made this show feel like a lame duck, with much of it including the departing talent.

The next weeks is what we should keep an eye on. The spoilers for the show are out there and unless people are off social media/wrestling websites, those spoilers are not going to be staying under wraps. We’ll see how they do next week.

  • This week: 293K / 0.07
  • February 23: 275K / 0.07
  • February 16: 325K / 0.07
  • February 9: 252K / 0.05
  • February 2: 299K / 0.07
